Refund, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Welcome to Cyber Results, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are committed to providing the best possible experience for our customers. This policy outlines our guidelines for refunds, course cancellations, and rescheduling. Please read this policy carefully to understand the process and conditions.

1. Refunds for Online Courses

We offer refunds under specific conditions. To request a refund:

For self-paced on-line courses and practice exams, notify us within 30 days of your purchase.
For live-remote or in-person courses, refund requests must be received at least 14 days in advance of the original course start date.
Provide a valid reason for your refund request.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable to the cost of the course only and do not cover any associated costs, such as payment processing fees.
If you have completed or downloaded more than 10% of the course content, you will not be eligible for a refund.
If you have accessed or downloaded 3d party resources or services, provisioned as part of your course through one of our partners (for example Comptia.org), the cost of those resources or services will be deducted from the refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at course_admin@cyberresultsllc.com with your order details and the reason for your refund request.
Please allow 5 business days for us to review and process your refund request.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling of Courses

In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we will provide you with a full refund or offer you a seat in the rescheduled course, as per your preference.

5. Transfer and Rescheduling of Course Seats

If you are unable to attend a course you’ve registered for, you may be able to transfer your seat to a future course of the same type, subject to availability.
Requests for seat transfers must be submitted in writing to course_admin@cyberresultsllc.com at least 14 days before the start of the original course.
